Excellent! You stopped by to read this short article. First let me introduce myself. My birth name is Choice; unusual I know. I’ve always been just a regular person. I’m from a small town in Alabama. I’m here to show you a real life way to clean up credit.
In my series of articles, I’m going to talk to you about credit; about how to clean up credit. I’m not an attorney and I don’t run a credit repair firm. I won’t try and impress you with a lot of legal terms and talk over your head. It’s time somebody just talked plain ole English that can be understood and acted upon.
I have to admit I excited and shaking in my boots at the same time because this is my first article. So thanks in advance for your support. My goal is to equip you with enough information to get your credit score high enough for the finer things in life.
So what are credit bureaus all about? The bottom line is they’re about making money hand over fist. And it’s all done at the expense of ruined lives and families.
You see the way it works is that most everybody you do business with reports your payment history (good or bad), to the credit bureaus. The credit bureaus charge them a fee to put your information on their files. The credit bureaus just accept what they say about you without any investigation at all, because they’re getting paid.
So credit bureaus take all this information and create a profile on you, superior known as a credit report. They give out information on where you live, how you pay your bills, whether you’ve filed bankruptcy, been sued…that type of stuff.
Bad credit reports are very damaging. They tell so much about you that may or might not be accurate. But because of the financial bonanza the credit bureaus have they don’t consider the morality of what they’re doing.
The credit bureaus sell your information to creditors, insurers, employers, and more people than you can imagine. Those people then use it to evaluate you for credit, insurance, employment or renting a home…you name it.
Credit bureaus want you to believe that there’s NOTHING you can do about what they’re saying about you. They want you to believe THE ONLY thing that can clean bad credit or repair a bad credit report is mother time. Wrong answer.
You see if there’s any inaccuracy in the way they report on you, then you’ve a case. They have to be 100% correct on all levels. Did you know that? There is the Fair Credit Reporting Act that protects you against the credit bureaus.
