Counting cards could make you a lot of money on the web
As I wrote in my pervious articles, one of the greatest sources of a higher traffic is the optimization of the proper keywords and in order to do this we have to be able to search out high trend, low density keywords or what I call personally as HITLOD.
To discover HITLOD keywords, there’s no need to search for them as they’ll just come to you suddenly like a brilliant idea. Just like how great artists and inventors get inspired oftentimes.
I’ve also discovered great keywords when I go about my day to day experiences. For example, after I watched the motion picture 21 I began to search the web for the real story behind the movie. (I always do this if I encounter a motion picture which says “based on a true story. I normally don’t rely entirely on the Hollywood account because they often stretch the story too far to fit the script)
21 the movie is based on the book by Ben Mezrich.”Bringing Down the House: The Inside Story of Six MIT Students Who Took Vegas for Millions.” For the most part, the book is fictional however the life of the main character in the book is loosely based on the life of Jeffrey Ma one of the member of the MIT Blackjack Team who was a brilliant MIT student.
The MIT blackjack team was group of students and ex-students from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, and colleges who used counting cards techniques to win in the game of blackjack.
The operation of the MIT blackjack team was run like a real business. It was very organized and very impressive. It is said that they earned an estimated $3 million to $5 million U.S dollars by paying black jack in casinos worldwide and beating the game by simply counting cards.
The “business strategy” of the group was that “Blackjack is a beatable game” and you only have to use simple math in order to beat the game of black jack. This can be reached by simply counting cards.
After reading several articles on the MIT black jack team, I listened to the interviews of Jeffrey Ma. It suddenly dawned on me that people would start to follow them and start searching for the terms “black jack”, “counting cards in blackjack”, “counting cards”, “how to count cards” or other similar keywords. I tried which keyword combinations is the best and found out about the keyword “counting cards.” Even I myself became hooked with “counting cards.”
The keyword “counting cards” has been referred to by only 443,000 sites. The Google trends graph shows a spike. This could have occurred somewhere after the movie was released in theaters in late March 2008.
Since the search for the term “counting cards” only began in 2008 it can be surmised that interest in the keyword “counting cards” was brought about by the release of the movie 21.
“Counting cards” may be a good HITLOD keyword and it’s being high trend could only be temporary. After several years, months or even weeks I believe people will stop searching for the “counting cards” keyword after interest in the movie has waned.
Nevertheless, “Counting cards” is still a HITLOD keyword for the time being, so strike when the iron is hot ! For as long as the motion picture is still hot, people will still search for the “counting cards” keyword and if you’ve properly optimized it, it will perhaps drive hundreds or even thousands of visitors to your site. So blog about “counting cards” today and count the traffic to your site ! (Perhaps later you could also count the money that comes with it)
