Tools for Accessing The Law Of Attraction Energy- Body Work
Wouldn’t it be great to have a nice, neat, well-developed set of tools to help us access the Law of Attraction Energy that they say is within us. These tools, if they worked and if you used them, would have then have your life work superbly. Now I am a Law of Attraction kind of person. By nature I’m more or less positive and forward progressive, and I seek out ways and means to keep myself that way. In the next several articles I would like to give you the tools that help me stay in that sort of positive mind-set. My hope is that you too will try my tools, and they will produce miracles for you.
Body work has been a great tool for me to stay in a positive mind-set. By this I mean if your physical body is a crumpled up heap of stress, with knots in your shoulders and knots in the knots in your shoulders, then there’s no amount of wishing and hoping and being positive that will actually get you to ‘The Law of Attraction’ place. All this ‘trying to be positive’ will only put icing on your mud-pie of misery- and icing on mud does not make a cake. So when your body is aching, go get some help. For body work, here’s what I advocate.
A) Get a nice, deep-tissue massage- the choice of style is up to you. But sit and relax while someone else helps you erase your worries and concerns- at least in the physical sense. Grant yourself the luxury of feeling good.
B) For me a saving grace in the most stressful times of my life has been a method of chiropractic know as ‘Network Spinal Analysis.’ I always state my personal practitioner is the kindest, gentlest person on earth and the experience heals the mind, body, and spirit- even though the work is physical. For me personally, this work was a saving grace during the most chaotic, stressful periods of my life.
C) Another great form of body work is yoga. Yoga is an age-old form of body work that’s slow and methodical ,but has also put many the trained athlete to the test for endurance, strength and stamina. It is a great stress releaser, that you can do it at your own level and pace.
D) Get some physical exercise to work out your kinks. If stress is the issue, be careful not to overdo- swim, bike, or jog to elevate that natural feeling of “all is well.” If you do something strenuous like pumping iron, be aware that this might increase physical stress, so go get a massage afterwards.
E) Of course on tried and true method, particularly if you are on a budget, is to take a hot candle-lit bath with mineral salts. Be sure the door is locked and the kids stay away, and just soak away your tension and bring on a good mood.
Of course a true and real sense of happiness is completely crucial to the task of accessing the Law of Attraction Energy. If you try to pretend joy on top of misery it will never work and just produce that icing on a mudpie. So the trick is to be insightfully honest with yourself when you’re not peaceful and happy, as that is the first step to getting you there. In this article I only touched on a few physical ways to access your sense of peace, well-being, and happiness. There are many other pathways to the synergy that produces miracles, and in my subsequent articles, I will state more.
